Refund Policy

At TCG Center, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, returns are handled carefully to ensure fairness for both buyers and collectors.

🔄 Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition

• Sealed products remain unopened

• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

• The item is returned in its original packaging

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as TCG Center cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on stock availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
